Mr Vic Kempner

Vic Kempner has spent 25 years working in the NHS with a wide range of organisations in a variety of senior posts and has six years experience as an independent consultant working mainly for the NHS with twenty client organisations.

He has an active involvement with governance and maintenance of professional standards, Vic is the Vice-chair of the Corporation of Sussex Coast College in Hastings, is an independent chair of Hastings Borough Council Standards Committee, a former investigator of alleged breaches of the professional code for a national management association and a former governor of a secondary school and chair of the board. Vic is the Vice-Chairman of the Police Authority Standards committee, in this position he is an independent panellist for hearings of misconduct against police officers.
