With degrees in Local Government and Social Studies, Patric Welch has spent a career in local government including 22 years working for West Sussex County Council in various senior management positions, ending as Head of Democratic Services. Patric is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and was made a Freeman of the City of London in 1997.
