Natacha Skelton was born and brought up in Brussels, and went to the European School, where she completed the European Baccalaureate in 1998. Natacha then studied Languages and Business at the University of Brighton, and finish with a 2:1 BA Hons degree in 2001. Natacha is bilingual in French and English, and has a diploma in Spanish.

Natacha previously worked in the Transport and Environment Department at East Sussex County Council and joined Sussex Police Authority in 2005.

Natacha is currently on maternity leave.
