Gina was born in Brighton and bought up in Kingston near Lewes where she attended Lewes Priory School following on to Sussex Downs College, achieving A Levels in Photography, Critical Thinking and Critical Studies in Art and Design.

Gina began working for the Police Authority in January 2010, as an Administrative Assistant and since then her responsibilities have been growing. Her responsibilities include diary management for the Chief Executive, Chairman and Deputy Chief Executive, the handling of the Complaints and FOI requests to the Authority, Committee administration and the general administration of the Authority.
